How it works
Step 1 — Voice AI Call: When a lead submits the application form, the "AI Form → Voice AI Call" workflow (v19, published) auto-dials them within 60 seconds. The AI agent pre-qualifies and schedules the interview.
Step 2 — SMS Confirmation: Once booked, an SMS is immediately sent: "Your appointment is confirmed for [date/time]. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Thanks, Traffic Management Inc."
Step 3 — Email Confirmation: A detailed email with calendar add links (Google, Outlook, iCloud) is sent simultaneously.
Step 4 — Reminders: Automated SMS + Email reminders fire before the appointment. Multiple reminder waves confirmed in conversations.
Step 5 — Instagram DM Agent: Separately, an AI agent monitors Instagram DMs and engages prospects who message through ads.
Note: The "20+ conversations" and "10+ interviews" are MINIMUM confirmed counts. The GHL API response truncates at ~8K characters, so the true totals are likely higher. Every number shown below is from a specific API response.

The "booked interview" CRM tag also shows additional contacts with appointment dates (Apr 13, Apr 14) that predate the calendar events visible in the API.
